The Hatch, billed as Early Mood Food, is a fun, upbeat new take on breakfast that is guaranteed to start your day sunny side up!

Located at 1101 N. Broadway Ave., just north of Broadway 10 in the Buick Building in Automobile Alley, The Hatch is one of Provision Concepts' hot new restaurants that all occupy historic buildings redeveloped by Midtown Renaissance Group.

The concept for The Hatch, formulated by entrepreneur co-owners Aaron Soward and Jeff Dixon, is an upscale eatery that caters to entrepreneurs and progressives who like urban living and all that goes with it.   The pair have strategically targeted this restaurant to serve OKC's underserved breakfast and brunch market.

Fitzsimmons Architects and Lingo General Contractors did a great job of transforming the founders' vision to an open, welcoming, urban environment that even includes an outdoor patio with bright turquoise furniture.  Bentley Flooring was excited to get the chance to install the D & M Wood Silver Oak, Champagne color wood flooring in the entry and eating area and the  Daltile Arid Gray, 6x6 Quarry Tile and Base in the kitchen for such an awesome new project!
